Question: online reading & Math Games for kids?

does anyone know where to find free games online that focus on reading and math?? i'm trying to find games that would be fun for my 8 yo son, he is having a hard time reading and needs some work on his math, he loves any kind of game, and i have searched through pbskids.org and a few other sites but haven't found what i am looking for! anyone!?! thanks!
