Question: Failed a math quiz, scared of parent's reaction?

I got a D (66%) on my math quiz, because I had a basketball game and didn't have enough time to study when I got home...Parent, teacher, student conferences are in two weeks, so I can't forge a signature because I am getting it back during the conference, and my parents know their signatures well enough to tell if it's fake... but I am scared to show it to my parents because I am a straight-A student, and on scholarship at a private school. How should I talk to my parents, or at least get it signed?
*on the quiz it also says my teacher wants to review with me...

u were involved in another activities that are also necessary for
completed development of your personality. u did nothing
wrong. suppose if u had bothered or get in this situation by other
reasons though u had to face that all eventually.. don't u think..?

Although your hesitation is perfectly natural ..be brave ..u led the sports..
u did nothing wrong...put the positive the points before your parents..promise them
to deliver the best next time as well as make efforts to deliver the same...
Don't worry....they will certainly be with you....they are your parents
they love you.....every body has a ups and downs by the times..
