This is the answer to the Math Games problem 2b

The number that should replace the question marks is 3.

The top row is the total of the 2nd and 3rd rows. The bottom row is the total of the 3rd and 4th rows.

2	3	6	8	7
2	2	3	2	1
5	6	2	2	1
7	8	5	4	2

Top rows:

• 4=2+2,
• 5=3+2,
• 9=6+3,
• 0(or 10)=2+8,
• 8=7+1

Bottom rows:

• 7=2+5,
• 8=6+2,
• 5=3+2,
• 4=2+2,
• 2=1+1
