Question: A Hard Math Question. You game?

Im working on expressing percentages as fractions in their lowest terms. I know how to do like 2% and all of that whole number crud. But what i don't know how to do is something like this 33 13
thirty three and one third. Can somebody explain how to do that??

Answer: well, its simple, just convert it to the normal fraction form

wen u have A B/C, this is equal to (AxC + B) / C

ur Qsn =
33 1/3 = 100 / 3

u know A % of B = A * B / 100

so, 33 1/3 % of E = 100/3 * E / 100

~~ hope its clear now :D :D
