Question: What is the name of the kids game that has a frog in it and a stork that does mail?

I remember playing a game on the computer when I was in elementary school (i'm now a junior in high school) and it had a frog as the main character. The frog takes you to the tree house and you play different games (generally math). There's a stork/bird that is in the mail room. You can send mail to "pen pals" (not in real life). I believe it's LeapFrog, but i could be wrong. It's a computer game you download or something like that. Please help me!
