Question: Can I get into UF Summer B?
My GPA is a 3.3 weighted, however, I have a 1390 on the SAT 740 Reading 650 Math, I'm retaking the SAT in October though so hopefully it'll up mine to 1400 and I got a 30 on the ACT.
I've taken Six AP courses so far, plus three my senior year (nine total) all of which i've passed.
As far as extra curricular is concerned, i've been a Varsity member of my High Schools debate program for fours years, I got fourth place in my homestate of Florida for Social Studies Academic Games earlier this year, I was a People to People Student Ambassador in 2003, and last year I did the Presidential Classroom Future World Leaders Summit.
What do you guys think? I'm sure it probably rests on my essay, any tips on the UF essay?
I'm currently in my senior year (pretty obvious) and by passed my six AP's, I mean the six AP tests i've taken so far.
